Cottage Grove Lions Boys Basketball Program: 

Purpose

The purpose of our basketball program is to develop student-athletes who excel on the court, in the classroom, and within their community. While winning is an important goal, our primary mission is to build young men and women of character through the game of basketball.

We believe that character is more important than talent. We will emphasize integrity, accountability, respect, self-discipline, and sportsmanship in every aspect of our program.
